Espresso with sugar in Sitget

This weekend I was in Sitget on the coast near Barcelona in Spain and since NO2 capsules cannot be taken aboard airplanes I was unable to bring a Mypressi with me so I had to resort to what was available in the local bars and restaurants for espresso.

All of them have excellent grinders and espresso machines but none makes espresso that's drinkable without sugar. An agressively bitter brew, no exceptions.

Luckily, a full dose of sugar turns the thick beverage into a sweet and stimulating potion. On 3-4 espressos one can go on all day.
