The little machine is astounding. It feels robust and secure, looks like they made sure the immense pressure of the CO2 capsule won't cause trouble. It is a nice discovery that pre-infusion at low pressure is easy to accomplish since the pressure valve dial is simple to open/close at will. Then opening up to full pressure for start of extraction, closing the valve so the pressure on the puck decreases gradually just like the ideal spring lever machine does. It works stepless and I think that is why it delivers better coffee than the very expensive DECENT machine in its "Londinium" profile setting. I have the Londinium as well and your machine sits comfortably next to it. Fun to play. The typical full and mild taste of a lever machine achieved in a simple alternative way.
