LONDINIUM LR24 Low-High preinfusion
The Ethiopian beans I have in one of my grinders are delicious but can extract a little 'thin' so this time I did a long pre-infusion at a low pressure:
Then, as Bob's little mirror showed that the bottom of the filter basket filled with droplets, I swiped up the pre-infusion pressure to 5bar and raised the lever.
Out came a creamy full bodied delight:
