Mypressi Twist pressure gauge
Tije added a pressure gauge (purchased from https://www.vintage-espresso-machines.nl/ ) to a Mypressi Twist espresso maker so we can monitor the extraction pressure. PS Harry Moorehead also made one:
Tilted XL grinder
Eureka has a tilted version of their XL grinder and here I tried the same with a hockey puck under the back of the grinder. It looks good to me. It’s possible that it has ‘zero retention’ now but I did not bother to find out. It looks kind of ‘special’ and that’s enough.
