Roasting Malabar

For a better, more stable communication wirth Artisan I ordered another RS232 to USB cable. When it arrives and if it works better, I will of course give the links and post pictures.

I changed the roasting sequence program to include an extra step, the cooling and made it all a bit shorter:

1) reach 100º C at the 1:30 minute into the roast
2) reach 160º C at the 5:00 minute into the roast
3) reach 212º C at the 7:30 minute into the roast
4) reach 217º C at the 9:00 minute into the roast
5) go to 10ºC in 30 seconds (effectively: shut down heater)
